Over four weeks, you will build the business infrastructure behind a consulting practice that generates stable, sustainable income, with a clear model, a pricing framework, a client acquisition strategy, and a 12-month roadmap to execute against.
Sessions run every Thursday in April at 11am EST, starting April 9. Each 90-minute session combines presentation, Q&A, group work, and breakout sessions, designed for real-time application. Participants also receive access to a private WhatsApp group throughout the month to ask questions, share progress, bounce ideas, and get feedback between sessions. Weekly homework keeps the work moving forward.
The cohort is capped at 8 to 10 participants and priced at $597 for this founding cohort. Applications are reviewed individually and space is limited.
